Where are you from?
Rod Williams -
This would seem like an easy reply. However, my father was in the U.S. Navy for 30 years; therefore, although I was born in California, USA - I can't really call that my home due to my formative years being spent in the Philippines which is my mother's country. So, I am a half black American and Filipino who now calls the Washington D.C. area home. Is that a long enough answer? Sorry!
Ben Dial -
My humble beginnings are from Seattle, Washington, USA where as a kid I was surrounded by instruments courtesy of my Mom’s love for music and garage sales. I grew up making all kinds of noise. I currently own and operate a purpose-built studio in the beautiful countryside of Mill City, Oregon.
Matt Williamson -
Is half Filipino and Anglo American, born and raised in Maryland, USA.
Hannah Montwill is from the Philippines. Nataly Andrade is from Ecuador and Alex Silva is Puerto Rican
Describe your sound:
The sound of PROJECT ROD WILLIAMS (PRW) is electro dance-pop. You can call it "retrofuture" perhaps because it is a future sound with a retro feel.
Tell us about your latest project:
FIRE is the first album by PRW. It contains 20 tracks. 11 songs with 9 club mixes which open the album. 10 of the 11 songs were written by Rod Williams. The first half of the album is all about having a good time along with the passion and seduction of the nightlife. While the other half of FIRE is about the longing or pain sometimes brought on by love.
Who inspires you?
Musically, I'm inspired by Depeche Mode, Giorgio Moroder, Erasure and Donna Summer.
Where do you see your career in 5 years?
In 5 years, PRW will be bringing hoards of people onto club dance floors around the world. I don't know...just hope to be making people love and feel whatever positive or sentimental emotion arises from the music and lyrics of PRW songs.

Tell us something about yourself that the people need to know.
Hmm...that I, Rod Williams, am just like everybody else - aiming for happiness and peace. Well, I hope that is what most people want and not the opposite. :flushed:
