Where are you from?
I was born in Johannesburg, South Africa, but moved to Wembley in NW London.
Describe your sound:
Hip-Hop/Rap with some elements of RnB.
Tell us about your latest track:
The latest tracks New Flow and Lemonade each give a perspective of my life at a certain point in time. When I was writing New Flow, I was trying to find a new style for my music and a lot of things weren’t really working out properly. I had felt pushed around by certain situations and so I just had to remind myself everything happens at the right time, keep my head down and keep working.
Lemonade is more focused on relationships and making the best of a bad situation. I like to think everyone meets people for a specific reason even if we don’t realise at the time, but the experiences we gain through meeting these people can enrich you as an individual.
Who inspires you?
Growing up, I listened to a lot of gospel music and MJ, only getting into rap when I moved to the UK. I have to say my biggest inspirations are probably Drake, Kanye and Michael Jackson.
Where do you see your career in 5 years?
5 years from now I’d like to be touring and performing. Hopefully I’ll have 2 albums and at least 2/3 EP’s out.
Where can we check out your sounds?
All my music can be found on Spotify, Apple Music, Soundcloud, Tidal, iTunes etc. I also have a YT channel where some of my older tracks are uploaded.
